Read this with the phases
Training and food in the blueprint are meant to be usable. Anything about AAS amounts is culture literacy — common patterns people discuss — not medical advice from Yeh Bro. We don’t source gear. See a doctor for personal decisions.
Blood pressure
In Phase 3 especially, surplus chatter + higher calories can push BP up fast.
Culture often cites: if home readings sit consistently above ~140/90 mmHg, people talk about lowering pharmacological exposure and fixing lifestyle stressors. Education line: treat sustained high BP as a medical issue — contact a clinician; don’t wait for a forum vote. Your clinician sets your personal thresholds.
Fatigue vs systemic strain
| Expected | Warning pattern |
|---|---|
| Local muscular soreness | Persistent joint pain that does not settle |
| Hard sessions | Resting heart rate ~10+ bpm over your normal baseline for days |
| Being tired after a cut | Systemic lethargy despite high calories and sleep |
Education response many coaches use: deload — drop training volume ~30% for a week while keeping food (and, if relevant, whatever clinical plan you already have) steady. That’s recovery craft, not a pharmacology tip.
Aromatisation, sides, and AI misuse
Why cut-first literacy exists: higher body fat + androgens → more aromatisation talk (water, gynaecomastia risk).
AI (aromatase inhibitor) folklore is high-risk content:
- “Crush E2 preventatively” is a common misuse pattern
- Low oestrogen can feel awful; lipids and joints often enter the conversation
- These are prescription medicines in clinical contexts — not sports nutrition
If oestrogenic or androgenic sides appear: medical care, not a blind AI protocol from a fitness site.
Bloodwork gates (again)
Phase 2 exists so escalation talk does not skip labs. Categories clinicians discuss: lipids, haematocrit/haemoglobin, liver/kidney context, hormones as ordered for you. Yeh Bro does not interpret your PDF.
Peers (not affiliated; not medical advice):
| Peer | Role in literacy |
|---|---|
| RoidSafe | Confidential pathology-referral / bloodwork pathway education |
| PED Test Australia | At-home presence/potency kits — mislabelled-supply literacy, not clinical labs |

Mental health & crisis
Mood, body image, and dependency on the “next run” are part of PED culture cost. Supports: GP, psychologist, Lifeline (13 11 14), ADF. Coming off language = stopping and recovering under care — not a PCT product pack (PED guide).
Urgent: chest pain, suicidal ideation, severe mood change, jaundice, acute illness → emergency / urgent care.
What we refuse
- Gear sourcing, UGL reviews, “where to buy”
- Site-voice injection calendars without the education wrapper above
- Product links for AAS, AI, SERMs, hCG, peptides
Food basics only
Creatine and protein for food targets: /go/creatine-true · /go/protein-true. Same as natural lifters — never “on-cycle detox” framing.
